WEBAug 7, 2021 · No, but they’re usually under 2 seconds, which skirts the algorithm and (depending on the purpose of the clip) could be classified as fair use anyway. I mean if it’s for free use, you can use pretty much any copyrighted clip in a video as long as you stay clear of the copyright bots.
